today 9 deliveries were not prepped , and didn't leave the depot , left for the poor sods on mon to cope with a double sized del, and the cut offs didn't get reported


BUT THE DOM AND MANAGERS STILL BUGGERED OFF AS SOON AS WE HAD LEFT FOR OUR DELIVERY, leaving two linos to cope with the chaos

Surely this is Wilful delay of mail ? Does the DSM know this happens ?

Our office has pretty much said "f**k it" this week. We're just being asked to do too much in too little time. People who usually go over and book have just been cutting off. Morale is real low.

As somebody has stated previously, we are being asked to deliver too much.
Constantly making cuts in duties/staff was always bound to end in tears for management.
Here, have a Kleenex, DOM......You're gonna need boxes of 'em before this next nine months is out.

how do you know if a cut off is reported or not ????
