What are the shift patterns for 1 in 4 based on a 5 day week

Can anyone tell me what the shift patterns are for the 1 in 4 saturdays off?? We've been told that we'll lose full time jobs if we choose this opition, as the full time floaters would become part time as it isn't possible to cover the shifts any other way?? These part time floaters wouldn't get any saturdays off either. How has this worked in other offices as it doesn't seem right that we should lose full time jobs to get the 1 in 4 saturdays off and other staff not get any saturdays off.

we have it at Livingston d.o.
All walking duties are full time and all floaters are 25 hour contract so only work 3 days.
we have a few 30 hour contracts that do indoor work.
any full timer that does not have a duty is a leave reserve.
But will say that is the only thing that is working in our office
