harrassed while on sick

hi ive been on sick for 6 working days wth a injury to my shoulder in the last 6 days ie had 5 letters an 5 phone calls nagging me for interviews an to cum back to work my surgeon has given me another 2weeks sick note stating cant do any work yet i feel im being harrased into going bk to work against my wishes and the doctors advise if i go back now they will issue stage 1 everyone gets/ 1st stage in our office then as my doc says i might need op which could start a stage2 any one had same experiance an is there any 1 i can complain against or is it just th system.cheers

Don't worry as the union has won you 6 months with full pay.,and we have a great sick payment scheme.

See your rep,get the area rep involved,5 in 6 is a f***ing pisstake.
If you stay off for a few weeks while you get better you will only get a stage 1.
If you have to have an op at a later day it is corrective surgery and you could argue that if the s**t heads try to give you a stage 2.

Also ask to be referred to ATOS,you have a better chance with them on board.

its the system. if you dont go back the absense will be just 1 and will only put you on stage 1 if your not on a stage already. the general would rather we were on statuary sick pay where you you get nought for 3 days then get about 70 quid a week there after. but the unions s**t after all.

No point going back too early especially if even light duties are a problem
