On 4th September I had a Stage 1 warning appointment with my Line Manager.I was told that he would have to speak to his manager to see if stage will be issued. Today 26 September I have received Stage 1 warning
Is this procedure correct?

I think they have 3 months to issue it from the date of your last sickness

Make sure it's backdated to the day of the interview, they'll try anything on that lot.
