Cut offs

Hello, what do managers have to do with cut offs? Do they have a form to fill in if stuff doesn't get delivered?
Ours don't seem to even attempt to get somebody to do them.

Ours don't seem to even attempt to get somebody to do them.

All daily traffic,issues and failures should be logged in the the daily report.
All failures must be reported to the DSM either at the late conference call or the next day's early conference call.
If despite all attempts mail cannot be delivered a manager will get a kicking for it.
If no attempt is made to deliver the mail a manager will get a P45 for it.
If you are 100% sure no attempt is being made to deliver the mail...email Moya.

hello i cut off and i have to do it the next day myself then i cut off again

Yeah same happens to me Brighton so don't think it ever gets reported. Just brushed under the carpet

I cut off once, next day I had to take it out at 7am.
