Here is a question for you guys, if someone darts out on their break and has a accident lets say trip and break their leg or even smash the van up are they actually covered by the insurance or will RM turn around and say "nobody told you to go out and deliver your on your own on this one" then comes a conduct code for using a van without permission? One won't know till it actually happens. Pretty much like early birds coming in and say a overhead light falls on them again RM wil turn around and say "they should not have been on the premises"

I would guess 'some' managers would be arsey and do you for it.
And AOD or an RTA while you should of been on a break or not in at all would be 'some' managers dream.
How far it would go depends on the local union i guess.
