I'm glad I'm out of it now. Resigned last July which was a real
sod at the time because of the weekly wage and some good
mates at the office. I hated the bastard managers, when everything
you asked for was turned down immediately inc holidays when you
filled a form in, and weeks later it was still waiting to be looked
at on the managers desk.

I'm not earning as much now, but the management are a breath
of fresh air, are flexible and pleasant. And the added bonus is
getting my weekend back, which means a heck of a lot. All the
best guys and I hope the s**t management get their just desserts
sometime.

No the job is still brilliant.

Its the, Politics, constant change, poor planning, bad management, mixed messages from HQs and lack of support that ruins it.

I enjoy my job as i have my break and finish on time, although cant always complete but that isnt my problem. :-)
