They wont be fresh packets i assume, more than likly these will be packets that have been hanging around at the foot of the fitting for a couple of days.

Indeed they are fresh packets as they have the early bird sorters in at 5. 30 instead of 6 30 the bulky bags are exploding by the time I get in.

Why should it matter to you? Just go out and deliver...........then come back and finish prep, pull out, load up and go out..........and if you need to cut off/leave behind/claim OT then do so.

People need to get it into their heads that 8 hours work for 8 hours pay............and if they mess your duty around then it will take longer and you'll have less time to deliver.

Why should it matter to you? Just go out and deliver...........then come back and finish prep, pull out, load up and go out..........and if you need to cut off/leave behind/claim OT then do so.

Its not about working 8 hours for 8 hours pay its the fact of sending a lone driver out at 7am where anything could happen to him/her and like most offices they don't answer phones if there was a issue to busy tipping met boxes in front of you instead.

Slightly confused about this 7am business,as a driver pre P&L,me and the other drivers at my place do this 6 days a week.
This has been the norm at my place and many others no doubt in the business,give or take the heavy days when it's between 7 and 7:30.

Didn't you guys used to do this when we had early,then earlyish starts?
