new strike and the following cause no one wants to bea sheep
hey, i am a union rep. Told my lads today of the plans RM had for us. Got to say before I told them there were a couple who said they could not afford a strike because they had kids, mortgage etc.
After tellin them the plans that were ahead, they said they could not afford not to. ( Actual words were " the jobs ducked"
We need to take them by the balls this time, swing them round our heads and instead of lettin go. Rip the f...ckers off.
Never back down to dick and dom. Pri.ks

We've got 2 possibly 3 who will know the score.
And they will still cross the line
And they will still cross the line

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

They need to realize that crossing the line they are gonna be worse off in the long run if they don't support the strike and they will lose more money in the long run so think about if i had a i choice i would go on strike to protect what we have fought long and hard for so what it gonna be lose a couple days pay or lose a heck of a lot more of these two c***s get their way this i what they are playing at, on our fear of losing a few days pay
Only pleasure i get in life is...... chocorgasms

We've got 60 or 70, who will probably come across the picket.POSTMAN wrote:We've got 2 possibly 3 who will know the score.

I want to know what they intend doing on monday & tuesday, as I assume on friday they will deliver their own round, then on saturday they will deliver the strikers rounds, as there won't be any mail sorted it more or many collections (I'm sure a lot of the public won't post sat to tuesday), will this mean that strike brakers will be bused to other offices to do the rounds there?

Yes, they could always go and join Pinochet, Franco, Hitler and Mussolini. They'd be in similar anti-union company there.comrade wrote:the only 2 who scabbed last time are both on holiday we could have 100%!!!!!!!!!!
any ideas where they might go ? :
The Industrial Workers of the World. The union whose members never scab!
"The working class and the employing class have nothing in common."

loss of pension
5 years X £10,000 pa =£50,000 pension payments lost
That = 500 days (1 1/3 years on strike ) @ £100 a day
On top of that add extra pension payments that Al wants you to make
Extra crap to deliver d2d for FREE
pegasus adding a 1/5 EXTRA to your delivery
Covering sickness & holidays for NO EXTRA....!
Increased Bullying !
NO seniority
Al's SMUG FACE on the plasma
Croziers "our people" speaches
and they wonder why were STRIKING

Firing Squad
A bullet would be too quick.
I would personally allow all their changes to come in on 2 rounds only and have them deliver them for all eternity.
Thats better...
Feelin good now, got that aggression out...
