D2D fiasco

Had to laugh today the isle I was working in was a deathtrap .
Some of my co workers had so many bulky D2D's that they couldnt even fit in the slots of the frame as the D2Ds for each address were 30mm thick so they were bundled in 10's all over the floor.
One bundle of 10 filled up half the pouch without the mail or packets.
People were filling up pouches with just D2D's , surely they could have split some of the bulky ones for another week

Yet another problem if the office hasn't had DM revision - then the weight is on the shoulder still. Are the D2D people even aware that most offices haven't had the revision and cannot cope with large bulky items.

your management does think about this, d2d agreement was so s**t, some walks get more than others and you all get the same allowance, eg getting rid of early start allowance and d2d payment per item, into the lovely fixed amount.

We've had a health and safety purge meaning that there is to be nothing's left on or around the frame, like coats or trolleys or empty pouches because it's a health and safety risk. Yet they can put a dozen boxes of these shitty things in front of each frame?
