Give her a try. I did and long term problem sorted within a week. Before you use this service however, you should go through the normal procedures of Grievance or Bullying & Harassment.

I am not sure whether this is the appropriate place or this should be placed elsewhere.
Mine and many other's experiences at the new mail medway centre are contstantly blighted by the aggressive and bullying attitude of the late shift manager, a person whom I understand had grievances against him at other mail centres he worked. He picks you up for stupid things, like picking up work from the distribution, will not allow anyone to move work out of the area they are in, makes other issues out of things that aren't needed, and expects his way all the time and always thinks he's right and shouts you down or tries to refuse to speak to you if you try to argue with him. He also harangues his line managers often in front of you.
Is this professional practice? what Can i do about this? It is giving me stress.
