If you're flying out of Gatwick airport I believe there is some arrangement where you can park in the MC car park and get a taxi to the terminal. I believe it's covered in another thread here.

Both Liverpool and Manchester airports seem dearer than other car parking websites despite the offer of 10% off using the code. Worth a try though.
