Office being transferred

HI, We are a SPDO of 7 walks who are being transferred to our sister office 5 miles away at the end of November.I was just wondering if we can expect anything along the lines of a financial incentive or is that wishful thinking.

hi we had 6 posties transferred into our office they had a choice of mileage allowance (fuel wear&tear) per mile diffrence. or taking their vans home for3 years they chose taking vans home.

PS:You should depending on where you guys live from the old office to the new office be entitled to travelling allowance for 3 years.

But if any didn't want to move would there be any possibility of Voluntary Redundancy ?

Cheers we just found out on Friday past that this was happening and wanted a head start on the union rep who said he will be looking into it.

This was one of the questions that one of the lads wanted to know about redundancy.Being a small office the union are not so quick to come and see us even though we are all in the union.
