P+L postponed

Have a mate working at a nearby office and he says just been told,(reasons not disclosed ) Their P +L thats going to be implemented shortly is now being postponed again.

He says RM sets dates for P+l in his office and then postpone it for some unknown reason ,says must be at least 5 or 6 times over the last 2 years RM have postponed it in his office.

If P+L is the future and their DOM wants it why keep postponeing it ,unless they forsee a problem ?

They are as a millitant office ,or so RM says!.

well a militant office will just do the job correctly
rm would hope that people would work through their breaks so they can cut more staff....obviously not putting it like that mind.

but if they know its an office that will stick together they have no chance.

Probably postponed because the plans are not producing sufficient savings.

Each time the DOM puts a plan forward the area manager rejects it and it gets sent back to take more hours out.

Eventually they will lose patience with the DOM and replace him with some hard-nosed b*stard that will give them what they want.

Yeh, people will start coming in early to get the job done. Eventually RM will notice this and reintroduce lapsing LOL. This is happening at our office as we speak. Stupid is as stupid does, what fools who work for RM, never learn that doing the job properly is their only friend!!
