In the 2010 agreement it states "In line with existing guidlines seniority applies to duty allocation. The only exception to this will be where it has been agreed that there are personal circumstances that need to be taken into account." Nothing about part timers with less senority getting walks ahead of more senior men ! It also said that "the following 'headline principles should be applied to your repick (but for fuller guidance, consult the DELIVERY METHODS REPICK GUIDANCE paper, available in phase 4 of the delivery revisions process online', which i cant find.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

We had our revision over a year ago and there has been no mention of a repick.People starting last have got duties whilst others starting earlier are still on floater or leave reserves.Our union rep appears to accept that the manager does not want a repick.The duties are not equal and it seems that the people who moan loudest have got the least changes to their duty.The whole thing is a farce.
