injuried abroad

injuried abroad

Hi, I have broken my left toe, doctor says I might need a surgery as the bone is broken in multiple pieces...
I am due to go back to work on Monday,I think I will have to stay away from UK for a while before I can go back on a plane.
What's the best procedure in this situation? post a sick note from here?

That's probably the lamest excuse I've ever heard.
I have been talking with the Airline CS and they may refuse me on the plane with a cast/splint, since I had a micro surgery done I prefer the Surgeon will give the final opinion if fit to go back to work rather than a generic NHS practitioner.

Those nice people at ATOS will now set out to prove that you are, in fact, right footed.
An injury to a left toe will then be deemed not to be an impediment to carrying out your duties. :chuckle
