Office full of suckers

Hello, probley the same in other offices but really starting to get me angry how I'm the one what gets abused for doing the job proper!
I come in on time, throw d2ds in everyday and go up sorting when told too. So doing all that doesn't allow me time to finish somedays and all I get is crap from other posties. And because ppl are coming in early etc, they are slowly taking away the few people they pay to come in early to sort packets.so hence now ppl come in even earlier for free now because they wouldn't get done else. Ppl say what about your customers or I'm shafting the person who's on it the next day, well excuse me I have kids who need picking up and managers are never there when you get back or is the docket sheet and also they swear at us. Why do these ppl want to help this crap management. I do feel bad for customers but the managers/planners made the jobs too big so it's not my problem. Yes in the summer they r workable but I will still working till my finish time, but now all the crap is back what chance is there.

I ve always been in the same sort of situ where i refuse to come in early un-paid or work over without booking. I sometimes wonder why you need managers when your own posties run behind you and stab you in the back when you do the job prop. Yes i get called slow, lazy but i refuse to work for bugger all.

In the end your doing the the right thing and it will be proved when the others are working 10 hours a week over for nothing and still cant make it.

Top post Hunky, exactly the same with me as when I come in at 6.15 am there are only a handfull of walksorted boxes left.
We get called up for IPS at 6.30am but the DOM between 6.15am and 6.30am has already picked on us calling us to clear down our packet bags and clear the flat frames so nothing much gets done before we get off IPS at 7am, then the DOM wants the whole office to have 20 minutes mealrelief at 7.10am till 7.30am before the next lot of IPS and 2nd walksorted boxes at 7.30am which my P/L partner does.
You can see why some people come in early as its less grief from management but its not right.

I just wish I was at a office where ppl stick together. I know I'm not lazy I just do it how it's meant to be done. Nearly all the town park and loop don't use the trolleys, even saw somebody go out in a private car the other day.
Some people must seriously go like a bat out of hell when they are out there, I just go at a safe speed.
It's horrible about thinking about going to work tomorrow and being moaned at not so much the managers anymore as they know they can't because I'm doing it proper but it's from my fellow posties.
I got back on Saturday and loads of ppl had all their d2ds in for next week. Totally shocking how thick ppl are.

Completely the opposite in my office. Anyone moaning that doesn't do the job properly gets the piss ripped out of them.

Our start time is 6:45 and we all have to go on sorting straight away, so 0 time to throw in walk sorted or d2ds but most ppl have already got it all in.
The managers have no rules on breaks and tend to let everybody have the 40mims at the end of the day.
I just get so angry with it all.
I'm on antidepressants as it is, but have taken no time off for it, but so tempted too, to get away from all the annoying ppl
