6 P/T staff were promised to be made up to F/T on 31/8
Our duties were put up for a repick and some lost their rounds ,fair enough.
On 31/8 the P/T staff asked why we hadn't seen their new F/T contracts.
The DOM then said "Ahh, theres been a problem with the figures " ;liar
So P/T staff have lost their rounds and not been made up , surely they should have their rounds back they lost due to the repick.
Union rep says he will try and make us up one at a time ;liar

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The DOM had mucked up the figures something to do with the prep rates and we was told this at WTL
