Pay Rate drop since PSP launch

Hi, since my pay number changed with the launch of PSP (July 2012), I have noticed on my payslip that my pay rate has dropped. I am still getting payed the same gross pay, but it appears that the Dilivery Supplement is no longer included in my pay rate. I am a little concerned, as a letter I recieved regarding the PSP changes mentioned nothing about pay rates being altered. I did not spot this change straight away because my Gross pay has not changed, and at the end of the day that is what matters. Has anyone else noticed this in their payslip? and what implications, if any could there be? Wanted some advice before I don my spurs, cowboy hat, side arm and go in the office demanding answers. Any help on this would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
