got made up from 25 to 33.5, I didn't sign anything and they did it on the computer while i watched. Is that my contract done now? or should i have been signing something?

As said if it is permanent, you should be issued a new contract.

You will get two new contracts through the post within the next few days,you'll be asked to sign one & send it back to Sheffield.

The number at the top of the letter i received is 0845 6060603.

I would give them a ring,tell them your circumstances & ask why you have not been sent a contract through the post.

Let's face it,it isn't too far fetched to say that if you don't have anything in writing your,extra hours could become history at the drop of a hat.
