Annual Leave Changes by DOM Can he do this? (Letter inside)

Alrite guys, need your take on this please.


Clocked this today after being told about it and i couldn't believe it!



Seething here as if swapping holidays wasn't hard enough he's now trying to make it impossible as i'm an AG (well 36 hrs so not far off fulltime)

Last i heard was the Union was not happy about this and will be looking to have a chat with the DOM regards the matter when he's back in work - he's now off till Mon since he put that notice up, no announcement to the Staff face to face about this issue even though the letter says there was - there was NO mention regards the no swapping with AG/Fulltimers

Can the DOM even do this? discrimination if you ask me against the AG staff.

Used to be like that at our place FT swap with FT, PT swap with PT. maybe that's changed a bit since PT cover a lot of the FT duties to save money.

I book my holidays before the leave is dished out, nowt they can do then, a few people in my DO do that. We take our annual leave when we want it, not when dopey and the dim Dom support say we can take it. About 5 of us have done it for years. Last year i took the family to Florida for 3 weeks. Took all my leave in one go, 4 and a half weeks.
