The managers on WCM know it's a waste of time and money but it's too much of a gravy train for them and what would they do without it? ... well give it time and WCM on a jobless manager's CV will be laughed out of the jobcentre.

Look,of course its a waste of money,but it keeps some top line manager in a job and thats all its about.The ONLY people that can call us world class ,are our customers,not Royal Mail ,going around sticking medals on itself.

In my view (and I could be wrong) It's another way of doing TQM (Total Quality management).. Which has in time eveolved into PI (Process Improvement) ... FCPI (Fast Cycle Process Improvement)

I could probably think of some more ... but can't be arsed.

In certain palces it has value.. In this one am not that sure... but i could be wrong and I am a cynic.
