Renewing Contract

Its rapidly coming up to the end of my first 3 month contract. I was just wondering in general how RM are for renewals and how the procedure is for renewal? (As from what i gather in my office communication is almost non-existant)

Don't worry about contract some time they didn't bother to send contract my contact exp on 7aug I Didt recive new one.so just carry on they will paid u.

Procedure - there is probably one but the DOMs are under so much pressure they don't treat it as an urgent or important matter.

However, I wouldn't worry, Autumn pressure, followed by Christmas pressure and the Winter push are upon us and most Units will be needing extra staff anyway.
