OT rates at my friends old office and new office are different. Why would this be?

Without knowing both offices (don't post them) I would guess that one is on 39 hours and the other still on 40 hours - therefore the hourly rate is different.monkeymutha wrote:OT rates at my friends old office and new office are different. Why would this be?
