IPS timing

Reckon we had a manager in today from another office timing people as too how long it takes them to sort on ips. Are they not meant to inform you if they do this before they start. Apparently some got took off and given a rollocking for having the audacity to talk to the person next to them.

Ignore them,tell them to f**k off,get a bladder problem,flag it here or there,so many options,including stopping work if they stand there giving it and harassing you,that's always a gooden,especially if the whole office does it.

This is going to get interesting soon because their upper decile bollocks isn't going to fly without a stick to beat the staff up about standards...and every postie and manager knows being savaged by the current IPS agreement is more likely to have you pissing yourself laughing than quaking with fear.

One would hope that the Union would stand up and be counted then! Finally push aside working relationships and hold fast for the good of the workers they represent.
