Alternative park and loop - or whatever they are calling it - isn't an officially recognised delivery method.
Consequently I doubt if you will find any official documents.

is their two seperate unions to pay into

I don't think it is a London thing.
This is a Scotland thing. Get your Area Rep to explain why they are doing this.
If you don't like his explanation - contact a Divisional Rep or Gibson.

I am afraid that "CWU Scotland" if such a thing exists deserves all it gets,it's many wounds are self inflicted.
Most of the members deserve better though.

The whole process is bollocks from start to finish.
The revision tools are too complex. The training is inadequate. Even where training is given unless the rep can verify all the inputted data personally, it is irrelevant.
Nobody can really tell if the proposed duties are achievable because they have never worked with the new tools and they have never had to deliver all the Specials/tracked/oversize packets on those rounds.
RM clearly have a separate agenda. The Area reps seem to have a separate agenda.
