taking the michael
Went to do our lapse bit today where the d2ds where in ,my partner happened to comment on the amount so i counted there were a total of 7 including a trade directory and the dreaded charity bag ANYWAY out of curiosity i checked the book to see what d2ds where down to be done and it was 4. it turns out the managers put in all the excess undelivered d2ds so they have no undelivered items to declare and return [B*$£^*S"ED] and it seems people are ok with it ?

Did you deliver them or take out the excess - I spose it can be a ballache to take out just the excess and probably not worth the hassel. One to watch out for though

I think Moya might be quite interested in managers not delivering D2D to correct specification.
Wasn't D2D growth one of the big things at the junket in the Midlands.
