Basically we don't have enough people to prep jobs for the part timers and he always puts one round in to save some money and get a big fat bonus while depriving us of pay. Anyway, I heard our DOM yesterday talking to someone and he said "I came in an hour early to start prepping the extra rounds today". They're just complete w@nkers, we have people who will happily do it - but PAY US FOR IT.
Anyway - rant over.

We have too many staff - he sends them to other offices to claim hours back then does all this work to look like we can manage.chunk wrote:he is also making an under resourced office appear like it is functioning normally/ has enough staff.Stella102 wrote:call the helpline this guy is killing a job

Re: Our DOM is an earlybird
Our Dom is also a earlybird he preps part time rounds as there is not enough staff
and constantly gets in rages as he is under so much pressure. He is also conduct
mad beyond belief his latest trick is to mark door to doors secretly with invisible
ink and see if they turn up in the excess door to door items box. Is
this legal ? it does seem to be a bit imoral to us..

Just tell your DOM to go f**k himself and to shove the DTD's up his ass.Beaker54 wrote:Our Dom is also a earlybird he preps part time rounds as there is not enough staff

I don't think it'll be too long until all managers get made team leaders then all managers in DOs will probably end up taking out a full walk each day
