Hi all, we have a re pick soon, and have asked for seniority list numerous times DOM not sure how to get it?
Anyway my main question is (about 5yrs ago)
i had one guy who was an agency guy then made perm in error ahead of of a Royal Mail casual by 3 weeks, who is senior?
any list that does come by me has the RM casuals name above the agency one.
Is the casual not counted from his start date as a casual?
or is it the agency one from his perm start date?
any help would be appreciated

Talking to my partner on P&L, he said that he started with seniority as an agency staff then had to start again at the bottom of seniority when he became a RM part timer then had to start again at the bottom of RM full timers when he became FT

I would say agency time doesnt count towards seniority

Agency and casual does not count towards seniority i don't think,i can't find the wordings of it at the moment though.

i didn't think the agency time did count, but the casual was made perm after him (3wks) and his pay no. is lower
and any list i've seen his name is above the agency one.
Anyone know here the DOM can get a proper list cause he doesn't, i told him to ring someone.

The seniority list will be on the computer,he has a list of who works in the office doesn't he?
