Is there a document somewhere that has a time line of how the PIR is done after a revision? For example how long the planners are there and what is involved in the PIR? Thanks.

If it's anything like our office you wont see them again. A year on and there's still duties that haven't had the errors sorted and some haven't even been sequenced yet!

yep, one year on also and we are still trying to get the walks changed, then maybe PIR.

The planners seldom stick around for Phase 6.

Post-revision management
Review of new duties and working arrangements after
implementation.
Potential tweaks to duties or allocation of resource to
duties agreed and implemented as necessary.
Reviews range from weekly, monthly and final PIR at 12
weeks.
monthly performance review meetings
removal of surplus kit
update office records
formal PIR completion
phase six review and sign-off

been a year now where i work and still no stage 6 walks are a right mess just a big joke union dont seam to do a fat lot about it
about 90% not using equipment provided just so they can get round in time and then still fail some days i hate this job now

its a reversal now. I used to hate busy days now i love them it means i can fail tons of mail and i Have an easier day. Whereas if its quiet im out earlier and Have to clear the walk and end up knackered beyond belief . Our job is f****d lads theres a few small quiet offices doing ok and Thats the ones you see in the courier smiling and happy. We no longer Have a simple job we are stuck with arguments and hassle every day.

Post Implementation Review.

Moya Greene's “Business Transformation” was probably the most anticipated show of the year in 2010. But is it any good? First of all, I should probably mention that hardcore fans of previous agreements may find it very disappointing. The show is only vaguely based on the book BT2010. It features most of the same characters and a couple of the same locations, but the story is completely different.1 in 4 Saturdays barely make an appearance of any note and too much attention was given to later starts who was not even a main character in the book,the story seems to trundle along at snail's pace for most of the first 2 years and then as if the director realised time was running out the last third of the film seemed to be an attempt to cram 3 years of plot into 6 months.
The performance of the lead(Higson,Mark) is wooden throughout and even supporting characters like Big Dave(Ward,David) and Little Bob(Gibson,Bob) seem to be struggling with such a weak script.The ending was predictable from about the first month and certainly didn't leave the audience looking for a sequel.
It should have gone straight to DVD.
IMDB gave it 2.4 stars mostly out of sympathy for the 100,000+ extras who wished they hadn't turned up.
I give it one thumb up it's....

yes, i agree with the reversal thing, i no longer hate busy days, but STILL see those that run around getting stressed and sweaty trying to get it done

The small offices that are doing well We were asked to go to two flagship offices to see how they did it so well and so put our crappy revision right. When i got the people who knew the real story alone they revealed that it was all BS and they were breaking all the rules - no trolleys etc but they werent telling anyone above them because they knew the whole idea was barmy and just cooked the books a little from the start to bias it in their favour, had to laugh, this whole comapny is the Emporers knew clothes!
