Why?
When some offices moved to the 5 day week to boost earnings they signed up to working their rest day on Scheduled Attendance.
The same happened with some offices that moved to 4 day weeks.
It's not my particular cup of tea but each to their own.
Obviously if you want to stop doing SA you have to give one month's notice,it's in the SA Agreement.
Of course if it isn't SA.....

i cant see the union going for that all those full time vacancys lost floater duties and can you really see a full office signing up for sa I dont think so

did you sign an SA contract to this effect

if not, they cannot force you to work your rest day

just inform your line manager that you are no longer prepared to work your rest day.

that way they will have to make up another duty if enough people did that

yes we did sign a SA contract, but surely there as to be a get out clause.
