Before P&L???

I have bee workig in my office for a few months now. P&L is im my office before i started. Some people on this site dont seem to like P&L. Just wondering what it was like before P&L? When I started I just assumed it was always like that lol x

Before P&L i could work at my own pace not restricted by my 'partner'. I used to finish 2.5/3 hours early every day. I could either go home or start overtime. I used to do another deliver some days and still finish early. My weekly take home pay was around £500. Now i work longer for £300 take home. P&L has been a total disaster for me.

If people come on here saying Park and Loop is great and it works we can only identify these as managers who is trying to get the word out that everything is fine, its not fine its a total disaster now we have guys in my office one nips out on his 40 min break doing packets and he leaves his partner prepping the manager goes around saying to others then "Jon and Joe can do it why can't you finish"

It wasn't perfection before P&L, but the best thing in hindsight was the freedom once out on delivery. My driver and I get on well but we'd still just rather go off on our own at our own paces. My more senior colleagues look back even further to the golden days of the second delivery. For new starts P&L is better than being dumped alone on the streets with a printout from Google Maps if they were lucky.
