Wallinton week/holiday issue

I do 20 and a half hours and have a Wallington week off every 6th week instead of a day off. My holiday entitlement form says I have 23 and a half days holiday, but then they have taken away 5 days as a manual adjustment leaving me with 18 and a half days. My DOM says this is to do with the Wallington agreement. I dont understand how that works, and I had 23 days last year with no manual adjustment at all. Any ideas? My contract of employment says I am entltled to 4 weeks and 3 and a half days.

With the wallington system your leave entitlement should still be 23.5 days but you will need to use 6 days leave to get a week off rather than 5 with the rotating day off system. This is assuming you work across six days, if you work less then six days a week then your number of days leave would be reduced.
