If i know RM then youll be getting at least double these hours when they phone you everyday asking if you can come in earlier than your starting time for some OT.

Managers in mail centres dont do anything from 3pm to 5pm. Late shift managers after checking everyone has turned up, then do nothing but wait for the part timers to arrive from 6pm. They could be available to do this work in deliveries at no extra cost to the business. At the moment they look at photos of the house their trying to sell, watch snooker, socialise, bitch about people with the favourites, check racing results, stand motionless, or another day of bodywatching.
