WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP LOOKING ON THIS SITE FOR UP TO DATE INFORMATION.OUR DELIVERY OFFICE WHICH IS ABOUT THE LARGEST IN THE COUNTRY IS BEING KEPT IN THE DARK.WHAT OUR REP KNOWS IS BOLLOCKS WE FIND OUT THINGS DAYS LATER OFF THIS SITE AND RUMOURS DRIFTING IN FROM OTHER OFFICES.THE UNION WANTS A KICK UP THE ARSE,KEEP US INFORMED,AFTER WEEKS OF TALKS THE LAST OFFER WE HAVE GOT IS WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL.DO THEY HAVE ANY INPUT IN THE TALKS AT ALL ,HAVE THEY GOT ANY COUNTER PROPOSALS READY ,WHATS GOING ON.I WILL NOT CROSS PICKET LINES BUT IF WE GET NOTHING OUT OF THIS THERE WILL BE 350 UNION MEMBERSHIPS BEING TORN UP.THIS IS A TOTAL MESS.!!!!!!!

I understand the frustration, but until there is a viable alternative, I wouldn't advise leaving the CWU.

Everyone will get a letter from the union with royal mails new proposals and a explanation why cwu have rejected them. although it should be obvious why already.
As long as members read it.it will reinforce our determination to support industrial action.

IT IS FRUSTRATION YOU ARE RIGHT ,BUT THE UNION HAS DROPPED LOT OF BOLLOCKS ALONG THE WAY AND HAYES SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.

I KNOW IT'S NOT IDEAL OR NECESSARILY THE RIGHT WAY, BUT INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS REALLY UP TO DATE IF ANY OF YOU AT YOUR OFFICE NEED TO KNOW JUST LOOK IT UP HERE.
YOU NEED TO GET A REP WITH A BIT MORE GO AND KNOWLEDGE

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

We already know what the RM proposals are - what I would be interested in seeing is the CWU proposals. Has anyone seen them?
