Is it right that 6 months(?) after implementing a delivery methods revision in the biggest office in Glasgow they are having to go back and start from scratch?

So true mate. I don't know of any office in Glasgow where a revision is working.

Rumour is that these offices have working revisions but as I don't work in either office I was looking for confirmation from anyone who may have first hand knowledge of the offices.

I work in G13/14. I would not say it's working as most days, myself along with a whole bunch of other guys are working past their finish times and booking the OT, we've have a couple of cut off's. If we are in the quiet summer period and booking OT....I hate to guess what it will be like in the busier months.

I also work in G13/14 and the revision ain't working.
The problems are both indoor and outdoor. Every day the sorting overruns even though everyone passes the managers daily prep tests. This obviously causes problems as duties can't despatch at the designated time.
Most of the p&l duties are too long, some more than others. P&l duty times in our office are meant to be 4 hours 20 but only a select few can finish there duty within this time even though we have the supposed summer levels of traffic.
I don't know of anyone who takes a break before they leave the office or while outdoors.
Me and my p&l partner use the lwt but i only know 2 other people in our office who use the lwt.
I have no idea what the revision is based on.

I doubt it, as a) Its the sectors head man's pet project b) Its held up to be the shining example to the rest of the sectors DOM's.A case of wishful thinking, I think!.

This is indicative of RM's piss poor communication in not explaining what P&L is about. This doesn't necessarily mean it's not working.

Well it aint working in G32 either, who are part of the super do office, Glasgow south east, which has G72/73, G32, and soon G31/40, G69.

What is working though is bullying and harassment.

New resign due in October.
