Something has happeneded in my office and someone has asked to make a complaint higher up the chain
I knkow we have has sector changes and I think Rob Jenson is our new guy does anyone have a contact address and who else is in the chain of command below him, I am thinking it is Steve Molloy but not sure >
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
Before anybody writes a missive for Rob Jenson, my advice would be to try and find out if he can read, and at what stage in his reading development he's on.
If he hasn't got much beyond, "The Cat, sat on the mat," then I wouldn't bother myself.
It's always better to follow the proper chain of command when making a complaint even if you know it will be ignored,it also puts you in a stronger position if it is ignored when you move on to the next level.
If you do feel the need to jump levels you are as well jumping to the top and contacting Moya through the justsayit email address.
