have been restricted on usin holidays for two years at our office.ive managed to cover for 4 of my 5 days,throughout the 6 week school holidays.with childcare.but i require 1 day of per week.im flexible to which day it is,i gave them a months notice.however they refused to do so.how do i stand.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
