ours is getting cranked up next week, to double what we have been doing! Management say this is because mail is going to drop off!! This is the same management that have admitted that the mail hasn't dropped off as much as they thought it would on this Park and loop crap!!!! And for your information Bob, we do lapsing not to cover absences, they just take people off certain duties and we lapse those.

But I read in the courier that mail is dropping off and it's fun to lapse anyway because you go to other places you might not normally go. I love meeting new people whilst handing them their door to doors.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
