For ages postmen at Hailsham in Sussex have stopped doing overtime after getting stiched up by management.
With them working to rule they have to try and get neighbouring offices to send postmen who want o/t.to cover the cut offs.
Must be costing the office a fortune in O/T payments with travelling time from other offices

There is no need to ever go on strike again. If everyone works to rule the company will have to sit up and listen as millions extra are paid out in o/t. but of course this means that at the moment we are saving them money whilst far too many employees are(complicit with management):1 using cars, 2 coming in early, 3 changing their working pattern at a moment's notice, 4 not claiming breaks, 5 not weighing bags, 6 not doing IPS, 7 running on the round 8 pouching off at the wrong post office 9 keeping collection keys in the van 10 using their own mobiles for RM use 11 throwing D2D's god knows where 12 not using golf trolleys 13 not doing van checks 14 writing dockets out at home 15 not filling in dockets clearly or correctly 16 doorstepping 17 signing for stuff 18 scanning specials as not delivered before time 19 speeding

Any I've missed?

Peeps who came in on strike days usually get a free breakfast,do the scum here get a bacon sarnie or summin like that.
When my office done this not a single person from outside (except screws :left: ) touched any of our work. :cuppa

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
