may i ask why you wish to dump the LWT
do that and you will have more lapsing and future table top revisions

why do people still continue to cut corners, the outdoor element is built around using the LWT, what is so hard in doing the job properly and as directed by the national agreement. all you are doing is cutting your own throat.

When and why did the LWT first come about anyway? When P&L was first being talked about and trialed it was all about doing short 15 minute or so loops with a mini pouch which seemed fine. Then somewhere along the way it changed to 40min+ loops with a LWT and it all went to crap.

Second week of P&L and most have stopped using tha LWT so they can finish early
The DOM does'nt seem interested in enforcing it,understandably.
The union reps have no power to make the workforce use them,just like they had no power to stop them comming in early and carving the job up all these years

Report it to who? The manager, the union? Even the HS rep doesn't use it at our place. It's not a management issue at all, it's a members issue and needs to be addressed on a national basis ..............well with still nearly a 1000 offices still to undergo revision, it isn't yet a national issue is it - that's why the union should get to grips with it NOW.
