Our office is being sold and we are all moving to southend some time next year. Could someone provide a link or offer their experiences of what we can expect financially, and also any other implications.

Anything from £150 to £2000 moving bonus. But dont get too excited as they are worked out in a really screwed up way. I got £150 and travel 10 mins extra a day. Bloke round the corner got £1400 which was a little bit annoying!

depends how many miles the move is from your current place of employment
MTSF may kick inn with travel and subsistance for a while, redundancey may also be an option if staff are surplus to requirements
