Hi all
today a casual and a RM postie shared a van, the casual cut corners, left trolley unattended, rushed and was finished well before the Postie, who was doing the job properly
The casual then walked back to the office leaving the other to finish!!
Don't ask me how they didn't meet up after loops i don't know
but the postie wants to know what's the rules on this besides the don't leave your 'mate' to finish off.
My thoughts are you both stay out till the duties are done it's called van sharing for a reason.

It sounds as though you need to swop loops and see who finishes first, it could be one of you is slower/faster than the other

He cut corners and rushed. You dont state how long the postie took to finish. 10 minutes? 60 minutes?
You state that the casual returned to the office. Other than leaving his loop partner to complete and assuming he/she delivered everything they were required to, I cant see how you are going to drag up any more s**t on him/her.
