How many staff in Callers Office?

We have 70 deliveries . Callers Office open 8am - 6pm . Average notice left items 300 per day and there is only one person at a time in Callers Office. How many in your Callers Office?

We have two callers as we are a big office and we have one sad lonely depressed person in each,sometimes we have two in each depending on demand but in other news.

I think I may have the ideal candidate for the PHGs assistant, being well educated he would have no problem with an alpha numeric system, though the breaking wind could be a problem. Is the fire escape close at hand? :angel

2 separate shifts in my Callers, only 1 person on each shift. Over 100 walks in the office.

One in callers...even at xmas with 30 queuing outside....... total shambles....even reported in local press...

Person asked for extra help last xmas ...person told in caller office...if you cannot handle it someone else can replace you.
