Perhaps post this in the Union Room forum ? Maybe you could ask my boss. I've always found him to be a very disagreeable person

What reasons did you give?
Our office is trying to find out if we can disagree as an office or whether it
has to be individually.
How much notice do we have to give them that we arent starting later?
Any info that would help is appreciated

IN our office there are forms you fill out. our rep said for every body to fill one out with any reason you can think of. Then it's up to the dom to decide who gets it. Once that's been decided the union will then go down the legal route of work place disscrimination.

Post by ray of sunshine »

We had a good meeting last friday with our dim, all of us, and our union rep.It turned out to be a question and shout session.
Our dim says those who cant manage later starts will have to put a letter in.
i put my letter in on monday.
i have stated hubby goes to work on saturdays at 11am, childminder doesnt work on a saturday.
someone says drop the kids off at the delivery office and let the dim look after them :Applause

You want to leave your kids in the hands of large babies who keep throwing tantrums when things don't go their way?
