Appeal procedure
Can anyone confirm that your pay is stopped while your appeal is being investigated and then reimbursed should you win the case please?

if you have been dismissed then your pay is stopped from the date you were dismissed i am afraid.However if you are successful in winning your appeal then all of your money will be reimbursed

Don't quote me but i'm sure it happened to one of my guys,if you claim the social while you're out and win your job back plus your wages you have to pay what the social paid you back to RM.

I put the very same question to the nice big lady in the job center. "i have internal appeal going on and if i win my appeal do i have to pay it back?" in which she replied "no not really because no one will follow it up" she even said good luck with my appeal. which i won!!
