Are there any detailed guidelines for the use of trolleys?
I.e severe weather conditions, kerb heights, steep inclines, maximum weight etc.
Also does the weight change due to any of these conditions?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The Postman on the HCT walks in our office place an extra bag on top of their HCT when the inside is jammed full, i've seen them on occasions picking the bag up off the street floor where it's slid off. It certainly doesn't mention anything about putting extra bags on top of the HCT's in the SSOW :hmmmm
