question about P&L

our manager in our office has asked the union rep to go through all walks instead of a planner to make sure that when p&l comes in it has been done fairly, maybe its me but im a bit suspicious of this as i feel if it goes wrong he will then blame the rep.... any thoughts?

Yes - its not unheard off - its known as a Table Top revision. Hopefully your rep is fully trained on P&L and makes the duties fair and do-able. The computer and planners can't seem to, so you may be better off than most.

I know of an office where the work place coach revised the duties. Working quite well I hear.

TrueBlueTerrier, u mentioned fully trained on P&l ?? was that in the workplace or is there a cwu course?

No I mean all the parameters etc that are used in the planning of walks. Most of the documentation is on here or is available from branches so he just needs to get himself release time and gen up on it - 10 years should cover it :wink: :wink:
