Going full time soon; questions about pay

Ive been on 30 hours a week since i started in 2007 and finally my managers said i can go full time in September. Ive not been able to get a straight answer to a couple of questions about how my pay will go up so would be good if someone can answer these for me:

What is the standard full time salary before tax?

Will i get paid more delivery supplement? If yes, how much more?

Will i get paid a higher rate for overtime once im full time?

Ill have been a postie for 5 years this October and im sure ive heard theres a pay increase after 5 years, is this true?

excluding any supplements or London weighting etc £372.10

Will i get paid more delivery supplement? If yes, how much more?
i assume on 30 hours u currently get about £16.63 delivery supplement, this will increase to the maximum of currently £21.62 ( i think)

Will i get paid a higher rate for overtime once im full time?
yes, although the rate of over time pay will increase you would no longer be gaining a 39th of the delivery supplement (21.62/39= 55.4p) as full timers already get the maximum. therefore i think you will actually get paid less per hour overtime as the increased rate of over time is higher than basic rate but less than basic rate + 55.4p.

i haven't heard this before, your holiday entitlement will increase from 4 and a half weeks to 4 weeks 3.5days ( or 4.5 to 4.7 weeks if you don't work a 5day week)
but i don't think you pay increases.

hope this helps and it may be wrong in your case as i am only going off what my own experiences and circumstances dictate.

I havnt heard about a pay increase for 5 years service. Your holiday entitlment goes up with 5 years service tho

Over 10 years and still only 27.5 hour contract and no chance of Full-Time anytime soon......... Lucky You!! lol
