Mixed feelings about it, as a job, up here is superb but it's everything else that goes with it, it will be lovely to be able to see family & friends again with a few minute drive in the car rather than a 24hr+ marathon trek.
Being able to drive 26 miles into town and only see a handful of other cars but not so good when that is how far your local supermarket is. I'm sure I will be moaning by the end of next week that my feet are killing me, I can't complete in time and P&L is some kind of Victorian era torture equipment.
Elvis is shortly to leave the building and get on a ferry overnight then train then plane then drive 100 miles to get my new house
